The controller uses a dual-protection mechanism: PWM Constant Voltage + Three-phase Dump Load Brake.
- PWM Constant Voltage: Controls the wind turbine output so it does not exceed 120% of its rated power.
- Three-phase Dump Load System: If wind turbine speed exceeds PWM capacity, the system automatically and immediately engages the brake. The brake releases after 10–20 minutes, allowing the turbine to restart safely.
- During strong winds or grid disconnection, the controller maintains constant voltage output to protect the inverter.
