What problem does the GT-PCTC controller solve?
Compared with PV grid-tied inverters, the small wind turbine grid-tied inverter market has several limitations:

- Quality is unstable with no after-sale service.
- Low efficiency.
- No grid connection certification.

How does the PWM Constant Voltage protection work?
The PWM constant voltage system controls the wind turbine output so it does not exceed 120% of the wind turbine's rated power. Under strong wind conditions, the controller maintains a constant voltage output to ensure the inverter runs safely. If the grid-tied inverter is disconnected, the controller maintains constant voltage output and waits for the inverter to resume operation.

How does the Three-phase Dump Load Brake protection function?
If the wind turbine over-speeds and exceeds the PWM capacity, the three-phase dump load system brakes the wind turbine automatically and immediately. The brake releases after 10 to 20 minutes, allowing the wind turbine to restart power generation. Additionally, when the grid is cut off, the three-phase dump load starts automatically to brake the wind turbine and stops inverter output to the grid. The controller recovers the wind turbine once the grid recovers.

What standard safety protections are integrated into the system?
The controller includes three key safety features:
- Surge protector: Limits transient over-voltage entering the wind turbine's power line to a safe range, or discharges powerful lightning currents into the ground to protect the equipment.
- Emergency stop switch: In case of emergency, pressing the front panel emergency button cuts off all power supply and immediately brakes the wind turbine via the three-phase dump load.
- Manual Brake switch: Activating this switch keeps the wind turbine braked continuously using the three-phase dump load.

Optional features include:
- Modbus Communication Protocol: Available for secondary development.
- RS485: Used to adjust technical specifications.
